Product Manager (User Authentication)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user authentication experience (sign-up/sign-in) across all hirify.global services to ensure it is fast and secure.
• Develop the product roadmap based on user research, data analysis, and continuous discovery.
• Design and execute large-scale experiments to increase conversion and reduce friction.
• Ensure system compliance with security, fraud, and privacy requirements while maintaining UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including design and engineering, from concept to launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management delivering impact at scale, ideally in identity, security, or onboarding domains.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Technical fluency to navigate architectural trade-offs and security constraints.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to create high-quality user experiences.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, for a hybrid work arrangement.
