Salary: £62,000–£87,000 GBP annually (commission-eligible)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Partner and Channel team, scoping solutions to meet partner and customer requirements.
- Co-sell with partners and internal sales teams, using technical expertise to accelerate deals and increase deal size.
- Design and deliver technical enablement sessions for partner sales and technical teams, including product positioning, demos, and competitive differentiation.
- Lead structured technical discovery conversations to surface unmet needs and align solution fit for joint accounts.
- Collaborate with Product and Support to flag technical risks/blockers and ensure proposed solutions are technically sound.
- Prepare and respond to partner RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with tailored, high-quality technical responses.
Requirements
- Location: UK-based remote role
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing and partner-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience delivering high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to partner stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Experience with channel partner business models (VAR, MSP, distributor, ISV), including margin, deal registration, and incentive programmes.
- Comfort navigating identity and access management contexts and familiarity with acronyms such as SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, MSP, and SaaS.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the security industry.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, NIST, EU AI Regulation).
- Experience in security and identity areas such as credential management, privileged access, or secrets management; exposure to PAM/secrets tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
- Hands-on experience integrating (or another secrets manager) into developer workflows, CI/CD, or automation platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, Make).
- French or German speaking.
