What you will do

• Produce, edit, and format technical documentation, including project management plans, architecture packages, and maintenance plans.
• Translate complex technical concepts like cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps into clear prose for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 conformance requirements and track status in weekly reports.
• Manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and proactively identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Maintain living documents such as capabilities catalogs and platform dependency lists.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to finalize project documentation and support ad hoc briefings.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident who has lived in the U.S. for at least 3 years.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for cloud platforms and DevSecOps environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, English, communications, or IT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, PowerPoint), Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience supporting a federal agency and knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
