Manufacturing Planner, Integration (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States

Salary: $67,000–$108,000 USD per year

Develops commercial space stations, satellite systems, and other crewed space infrastructure for research, manufacturing, and long-term space operations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules, demand forecasts, resource plans, and capacity analyses.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of manufacturing materials and components.
• Monitor inventory, production progress, bottlenecks, constraints, and schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality assurance to maintain compliance with specifications and aerospace manufacturing standards.
• Take corrective action to mitigate delays and maintain on-time delivery.
• Implement process improvements and manufacturing best practices to reduce lead times and excess inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or operations management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of database query and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing execution systems.
• Must be a U.S. person under applicable export-control rules or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.
