What you will do

• Own the full communications stack architecture, including configuration, governance, and documentation across Customer.io, Retell, and Twilio.
• Build and maintain technical lifecycle flows, integrations, and automations while enforcing guardrails for send frequency and data hygiene.
• Proactively identify and execute revenue opportunities, such as upsell moments, win-back sequences, and churn reduction strategies.
• Integrate AI tools to build, maintain, and optimize messaging skills for smarter, personalized communication.
• Create playbooks, templates, and documentation to empower Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to operate the stack independently.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for all communication-related initiatives and technical possibilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel
• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as lifecycle, CRM, growth, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with serious lifecycle or CRM tools like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Retell AI.
• Technical confidence with APIs, webhooks, event-based data models, and data structures.
• Proven ability to debug integrations and communicate effectively with backend engineers.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with a focus on building structured, scalable solutions.
