What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 UA specialists, setting priorities and fostering professional growth.
  • Own the paid acquisition roadmap across Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, Reddit, LinkedIn, ChatGPT Ads, and Meta.
  • Define channel strategies, budget allocation, and bidding approaches across the full conversion funnel.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets focusing on CAC and MQL efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and web development teams to optimize the acquisition funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of PPC specialists.
  • High analytical aptitude with fluency in data, attribution, and performance interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and pixel implementation.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $500K.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B performance marketing or SaaS.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
  • Familiarity with CRO methodologies and landing page optimization.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Microsoft Advertising.
  • Experience with AI-native ad placements (e.g., ChatGPT Ads, Perplexity).
