What you will do
- Own and optimize customer lifecycle communications for B2C users to drive retention and re-engagement.
- Develop and execute automated marketing flows, triggered campaigns, and monthly plans.
- Manage surveys and feedback loops to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Lead the creation of campaign content briefs and collaborate with the creative studio.
- Maintain full ownership of the Braze CRM platform, ensuring high deliverability and performance.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle marketing in a B2C environment.
- Proven expertise in Braze, including automation, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) with strong Hebrew copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle principles, including churn prevention and reactivation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Technical proficiency in CRM platforms, with SQL and HTML skills considered an advantage.
