hirify.global is a self-service ski trip booking platform that dynamically connects inventory from thousands of suppliers to create fully customizable ski holidays.

What you will do

  • Set and own the creative direction for all paid, lifecycle, and organic communications, from brief to final asset.
  • Develop the brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Build the content architecture and messaging hierarchies for the full customer journey.
  • Write and oversee all customer-facing copy, including campaigns, landing pages, emails, and UI microcopy.
  • Direct the CRM and lifecycle communication strategy, utilizing performance data to optimize revenue and retention.
  • Lead organic social strategy and identify brand partnership opportunities and in-trip experiences.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or content leadership.
  • Native English proficiency with exceptional writing and editorial skills.
  • Proven experience in creative and art direction with a strong professional portfolio.
  • Ability to build long-term brand strategies and connect brand activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Braze, or Klaviyo.
  • Proactive use of AI tools to scale content production and increase creative velocity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, lifestyle, or experience-led categories.
  • Track record of scaling a brand through a high-growth phase.
  • Personal passion for skiing or snowboarding.
