What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement low-code platforms to support enterprise information software.
• Identify, support, and grow a low-code software development ecosystem.
• Manage software development projects to ensure alignment with end-user requirements and goals.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of programmers and analysts.
• Provide technology recommendations and maintain software development and deployment procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in hiring activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, MIS or related field with 5+ years of professional experience (or 8+ years in lieu of degree).
• 1+ year of experience supervising a team.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC and low-code platforms such as PowerApps, Outsystems, or Mendix.
• Strong understanding of database design, architecture, networking protocols, and standards.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Durant, OK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud technologies.
