What you will do

• Ensure safety and compliance of project activities with GMP, quality system, regulatory, and site procedures.
• Lead or support manufacturing projects by building project plans, timelines, action registers, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.
• Support NPI, product transfers, equipment implementation, and manufacturing process changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or project roles.
• Experience in a production or plant-based environment preferred.
• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., medical devices) advantageous.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Minitab (or similar).
• Familiarity with project management tools and manufacturing systems.
