What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations, budgets, and campaign deliverables.
• Lead the setup, activation, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the production of high-quality performance reports and ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, delegating tasks while maintaining oversight of campaign quality.
• Collaborate with planning, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency or performance marketing environment.
• Hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms, specifically Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, optimization levers, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
