TL;DR

Head of Acquisition (Performance Marketing): Lead end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across paid and partnership channels with an accent on scalable growth, efficient performance marketing investment, and long-term customer value. Focus on optimizing Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate performance, running testing and conversion improvements across the customer journey, and unlocking new markets and acquisition opportunities.

Location: East Sussex (3 days office based)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel customer acquisition strategy across paid and partnership channels.
  • Own budget allocation, forecasting, and performance planning aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Drive performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate marketing programmes.
  • Lead testing, optimisation, and conversion improvement initiatives across the customer journey.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, markets, and acquisition channels.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong expertise across paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing channels, with deep expertise in Meta essential.
  • Advanced understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution modelling, and performance measurement.
  • Commercially minded growth leadership with a data-driven approach and strategic thinking.
  • International market exposure is a bonus.
