What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end finance onboarding journey for new customers from contract signature to activation.
• Take ownership of monthly invoicing cycles, ensuring accuracy and continuous process improvement.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret contract and commercial data to support reporting and forecasting.
• Manage large volumes of contract information with high attention to detail.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to resolve client requests and streamline commercial processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to support scaling operations in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or graduate roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with confidence handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex information.
• Comfortable working in an environment where processes are evolving.
• Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
