What you will do

• Own the post-closhirify.global lifecycle of Borrowhirify.global Base transactions, managhirify.global agency roles such as Security Agent, Fronthirify.global Agent, and Collecthirify.global Bank.
• Coordinate notices, payments, utilisations, fees, and collateral-related events in accordance with facility documentation.
• Review and challenge Borrowhirify.global Base reports, collateral submissions, and utilisation requests to ensure risk discipline.
• Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders, agents, auditors, and internal stakeholders across Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive the continuous improvement of BB Agency processes through simplification, automation, and AI-enabled ways of workhirify.global.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Transaction Management, Agency, or Structured Finance.
• Deep understandhirify.global of Borrowhirify.global Base structures, collateral mechanics, and LMA syndicated documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate transactional and credit risk dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, includhirify.global complex formulas and database management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Geneva, Switzerland.

• Fluency in French.
