What you will do

• Process multiple international outsourced payrolls on a monthly basis.
• Ensure compliant payments of salaries, taxes, and social charges.
• Review and update monthly vacation accruals.
• Book payroll entries and reconcile accounts with the General Ledger.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and SOX control procedures.
• Support specific payroll-related projects and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Finance or HR department.
• Swiss citizen or valid Swiss working permit is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and detail-oriented documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English.
