What you will do

• Prepare accurate month-end close reporting and financial packs including P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and query resolution across entities.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and ensure IFRS16 compliance.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and support statutory filings for the UK entity.
• Partner with department leads to provide accounting guidance and support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London
• Part or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in managing complex financial operations and international subsidiaries.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and multi-currency accounting.
• Practical experience with VAT compliance and statutory audit processes.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with Tagetik.
