What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end video production process, from conceptualization and scriptwriting to live testing.
• Develop creative strategies using data, consumer research, and competitor analysis.
• Analyze performance metrics in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Atria to iterate on content.
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure visuals align with strategic goals.
• Write high-converting scripts and copy for video ads, static images, and email campaigns.
• Conduct weekly strategic account planning and identify top-performing social media trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy or marketing.
• Proven track record in Paid Social or Direct Response marketing.
• Experience with FB Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, or Snapchat ad platforms.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and a deep understanding of current social media ecosystems.
