Location: Hybrid in London; must have right to work in the UK and be within approximately 2 hours travel time to London

What you will do

  • Lead the UKI services engagement strategy with a focus on AI-led transformation and scalable offerings.
  • Own regional services bookings, AI services growth, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
  • Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted transformation advisor for enterprise clients.
  • Establish governance standards for Statements of Work, estimation, and commercial engagement processes.
  • Coach and develop the UKI Services Engagement team in commercial leadership and AI positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience leading high-performing commercial teams.
  • Proven success leading complex commercial engagements and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) NSV clearance if required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-enabled CX transformation, conversational AI, or automation.
  • Knowledge of positioning Managed Services offerings within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and financial modelling.
  • Enterprise delivery or programme leadership experience.
