Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Deep experience designing and evolving large-scale distributed, high-performance systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Rust, C#, or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and drive alignment across teams.
• Strong understanding of observability, testing strategies, and modern security practices.
