Product Manager, Deposits and Loans (AVP) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end product implementation, maintenance, governance, and lifecycle activities for loans and deposits.
• Drive product approvals, periodic reviews, due diligence, regulatory implementation, and policy changes.
• Maintain product, client, Front Office, and operational documentation and procedures.
• Partner with Front Office, Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Platform teams to optimize workflows and strengthen controls.
• Support deposit and loan platform readiness, including trade booking systems and related processes.
• Coordinate incident and crisis management, remediation, stakeholder communication, and post-incident follow-up.

Requirements

• Degree qualification with relevant experience in a related role or supporting a similar function.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience.
• Good understanding of deposit and lending products and financial services.
• Knowledge of banking and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to use enterprise tools for data analytics and reporting.
