What you will do

• Translate enterprise workflows and business needs into scalable automation requirements for technical engineering pods.
• Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be states focused on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Author Process Design Documents and collaborate on Solution Design Documents with rigorous traceability.
• Review Technical Design Documents, perform gap analysis, and lead process validation.
• Advise clients on automation roadmaps spanning RPA, Applied AI, process orchestration, and agentic systems.
• Drive adoption of Intelligent Document Processing and Process Mining technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience focused on Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI-driven application engineering.
• Understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLM workflows, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
• Proven ability to author rigorous Process Design Documents and collaborate on Solution Design Documents.
• Experience working in Agile frameworks and translating between executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work remotely from Mexico.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst certification.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
