What you will do
- Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, and KPIs for SAP HANA initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate status meetings and prepare executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate change management and communication activities for SAP HANA implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or PMO support within enterprise IT.
- Proven experience with SAP HANA or other SAP solutions in a project delivery context.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
