Project Manager – Power Discrete Products

Location: Seremban, Malaysia

Semiconductor development and in-house production company operating through a global network.

What you will do

• Create initial business cases with Product Management.
• Define project competencies, resources, plans, milestones, gates, and work packages.
• Build and lead multisite industrial, outsourcing, and optimization project teams.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations with stakeholders and the Project Review Board.
• Drive industrial programs focused on cost reduction, outsourcing, and supply resilience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects in semiconductors or a similar technical industry.
• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, project definition, risk management, scope, and change management.
• Ability to lead project teams in a global, intercultural environment and manage international stakeholders.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, decision-making, and technical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI, or Prince2 certification.
• Knowledge of Front End and Back End semiconductor technology.
