What you will do

• Create initial business cases in collaboration with Product Management.
• Build and lead multi-site project teams for industrial, outsourcing, and optimization projects.
• Define project plans, resource requirements, and assign work packages.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting progress via milestones and gates.
• Manage escalations towards stakeholders and the Project Review Board.
• Drive industrial programs focused on cost-down, outsourcing, and supply resilience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related subjects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading complex projects in semiconductors or similar technical industries.
• Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and project definition.
• Ability to lead project teams in a global, intercultural environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• High level of risk management proficiency and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification.
• Solid knowledge of Front End / Back End semiconductor technology.
