What you will do

• Research, develop, and activate brand awareness and talent attraction campaigns for early career programs.
• Manage and optimize media schedules, budgets, and performance to ensure high ROI.
• Cultivate relationships with universities, FE institutions, and early careers media suppliers.
• Deliver regular campaign reports and actionable insights based on web analysis and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with global recruitment marketing and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Continuously improve media publishing capabilities and implement innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience executing media strategies within the early careers sector.
• Strong proficiency in paid social ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with programmatic advertising and media buying/negotiation.
• Track record of successful senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with agility.
• Knowledge of recruiting across a breadth of industries.
