Location: London (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 (9 month FTC)

What you will do

  • Develop and embed a brand architecture to create clarity across corporate, place, and asset-level identities.
  • Translate audience research into practical recommendations that influence marketing and commercial decisions.
  • Shape the value proposition to strengthen customer, occupier, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Guide brand application across campaigns, events, digital channels, and signage.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality brand execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, positioning, and architecture development.
  • Strong ability to translate customer insight into actionable business direction.
  • Commercial awareness with experience linking brand activity to measurable outcomes.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
  • Must be based in London to support a hybrid model (4 days in office).
