What you will do

  • Partner with the sales team to position Business Central as the ideal solution for prospective clients.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to analyze client business processes and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and tailored product demonstrations.
  • Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and comprehensive solution designs.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to address customer questions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into effective software solutions.
