Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant (Supply Chain): Designing and optimizing Supply Chain functionality within Dynamics 365 F&O to enable end-to-end operational excellence with an accent on solution design, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on implementing SCM modules, integrating external systems, and utilizing AI and Power Platform for process automation.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, UK (at least 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead functional design and configuration for D365 SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, and Landed Cost.
• Manage permanent hirify.global employees and third-party functional resources.
• Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems.
• Identify and implement process optimizations using Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
• Oversee SIT and UAT testing cycles to ensure the quality assurance of deliverables.
• Provide cross-functional training and maintain robust configuration standards and governance documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability.
• Deep expertise in D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert.
• Solid understanding of how SCM transactions interact with Finance modules.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle and providing ongoing support and enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• E-commerce retail experience with familiarity in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with Finance and Warehousing modules.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio for process automation.
