Power Platform Developer

TL;DR

Power Platform Developer (Fullstack Dev): Designing, developing, and supporting business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate with an accent on integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and enterprise systems. Focus on building scalable, secure low-code solutions, workflow automation, and continuous improvement of Power Platform features.

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom with office attendance minimum three days a week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) aligned to business requirements and UX best practices.
• Build and support Power Automate flows to automate workflows and integrate systems.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other enterprise systems via Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust low-code solutions.
• Apply governance, cost, security, and environment management best practices across Power Platform environments.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London with office presence at least three days per week.
• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, and Power Platform security concepts.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, environments, and release management.
• Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL).
• Experience with Power BI and broader Power Platform governance patterns.
• Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 certifications.
