What you will do

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and release management.
• Own the finance systems roadmap, evaluating new tooling (including AI) and leading vendor negotiations.
• Drive end-to-end system integration projects, partnering with Engineering to connect NetSuite with upstream and downstream systems.
• Own IT general controls for the SOX programme and act as the primary liaison for auditors from Deloitte and PwC.
• Identify and execute automation opportunities to reduce manual effort in the financial close cycle.
• Build and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including data dictionaries and process flows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of finance systems experience, with at least 4 years as a NetSuite administrator or functional lead.
• Hands-on expertise in NetSuite configuration: workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, and saved searches.
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes, including close cycles, AR/AP, and consolidation.
• Experience supporting SOX IT general controls or equivalent audit-facing compliance work.
• Proven track record of owning cross-system integration projects from requirements to delivery.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the London hub.

Nice to have

• NetSuite certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or equivalent).
• Experience with HiBob, Okta, LeaseQuery, or Carta in a finance context.
• Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS or B2B travel/expense technology.
