What you will do

  • Own sales forecast rollups, pipeline governance, opportunity accuracy, coverage, commit/upside tracking, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Support account setup, system configuration, sales role creation, and policy and process guidance for the China sales team.
  • Process temporary key and discount applications for direct sales and China distributors, and review ordering and booking paperwork.
  • Compile, analyze, and visualize sales and financial data using Salesforce.com, Tableau, TM1, and Anaplan.
  • Improve forecast, quota, pipeline, and account review processes to increase accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate across teams, prioritize resources, and complete sales operations projects on time and with high quality.

Requirements

  • Experience with sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce.com and related planning or reporting platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and visualize sales and financial data.
  • Ability to support sales processes, manage operational documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work onsite in Shanghai, China.
