TL;DR

Risk & Control Manager (Power Platform/AI): Leading the identification and scaling of innovative automation solutions across FCCO with an accent on Power Platform and GenAI integration. Focus on re-engineering manual processes, designing automated workflows, and improving data-driven insights.

Location: Bristol, UK. Hybrid: must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at the office

What you will do

  • Drive the FCCO innovation strategy and pipeline by identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities.
  • Design and deliver automation solutions utilizing PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Identify and apply AI/GenAI use cases within safe and controlled governance frameworks.
  • Build dashboards and self-serve reporting to enhance data access and operational insight.
  • Re-engineer fragmented manual processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce effort.
  • Build internal capability across FCCO through targeted training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in innovation, automation, or process improvement roles.
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps/Power Automate).
  • 12+ months of experience developing awareness and applying AI/GenAI tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bristol, UK.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of risk and control environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement techniques.
  • Experience driving cultural change or capability uplift within an organization.
