What you will do

  • Own the Insights roadmap, delivering progress trackers and personalized insight moments across the product.
  • Design high-engagement consumer experiences focused on habit formation, personalization, and long-term retention.
  • Drive key engagement and retention metrics by connecting product decisions to real health outcomes and commercial impact.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, ML ops engineers, and software engineers.
  • Partner with clinicians and senior stakeholders to ensure all insights are intuitive, trustworthy, and high-quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, top-tier management consulting, or within a high-growth startup.
  • Proven track record of owning consumer-facing, high-engagement product domains.
  • First-principles problem solver capable of breaking down ambiguous problems into clear strategies.
  • Strong commercial and analytical rigour with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative signals.
  • Strong product sense and empathy for user experience to create delightful and trustworthy products.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility without direct authority.
