Requirements

• 2–4 years of direct experience in the healthcare industry (research, clinical staff, revenue cycle management, or healthtech).
• Strong AI-forward thinking and ability to articulate AI transformation in healthcare.
• Experience in product or customer-facing roles with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Technical fluency and intuition regarding machine learning training and reinforcement learning environments.
• Bias for action and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
