What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term brand strategies to support product growth.
• Design and implement promotional campaigns across print, digital, and omnichannel platforms.
• Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand marketing budgets and monitor performance metrics including sales and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or product management.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and market share in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing compliance and product lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, strategic, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Melbourne.
