What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of rebate and commission agreements.
• Ensure accurate setup, accruals, and settlements within SAP and legacy systems.
• Support period-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams in Canada and North America to resolve discrepancies.
• Support the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, RTR, OTC, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing large datasets.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cork, Ireland.

• Experience with rebates, commissions, or similar financial processes.
• Experience supporting system implementations or business transformations.
