What you will do

• Execute oversight activities across a portfolio of partners in line with defined cadences and internal standards.
• Collect, validate, and analyze Management Information (MI) to identify emerging patterns and systemic risks.
• Proactively identify control weaknesses and escalate issues with clear evidence and recommended remediation actions.
• Maintain and improve oversight documentation, risk dashboards, and remediation trackers.
• Lead thematic deep dives into KYC/B processes, AML controls, and issue management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including compliance, onboarding, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor oversight, or partner management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational, compliance, and risk data.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and presenting data-driven narratives to senior leadership.
• Deep familiarity with AML, KYC/KYB, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Background in fintech, payments, crypto, banking, or financial services.
• Must be based in the US.
