What you will do

• Design and develop robust RESTful backend services.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to cloud deployment.
• Maintain and improve codebase quality through unit and E2E testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and shape new product features.
• Contribute to an AI-first engineering environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in backend and web development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously with a "you build it, you run it" mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with database design and AWS.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Passion for automating routine processes.
