TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (German Speaker): Own the technical pre-sales relationship and help prospects and customers evaluate and adopt hirify.global’s AI search platform with an accent on API-based prototypes, integrations, and translating technical capabilities into business value. Focus on solving customer problems through discovery, demos, POCs, and RFP responses while advocating customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Salary: €93.000 - €129.500 EUR (annual total cash compensation range)

What you will do

  • Work with Sales and prospects on evaluation, adoption, and technical success of hirify.global solutions.
  • Qualify customer goals using KPIs and articulate how hirify.global meets them.
  • Support the sales cycle with discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses/business justification.
  • Develop custom search applications and prototypes using hirify.global APIs and the ecosystem.
  • Distill and relay customer needs, product feedback, and technical requirements to Product and Engineering.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure smooth transition to post-sales onboarding.

Requirements

  • German: fluently
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, or PM), ideally in SaaS.
  • Software development experience in one or more areas: frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and/or backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C).
  • Experience with data formats and data transformation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and switch context quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
