Product Analyst (AI)

TL;DR

Product Analyst (AI): Driving business impact and decision-making for the telecoms product team with an accent on deep analytics of customer behavior and site performance. Focus on leveraging AI tools and LLMs to optimize marketing funnels, conduct A/B testing, and build complex operational models.

Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the Tower Bridge office 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What you will do

• Measure, quantify, and optimize complex marketing funnels and consumer journeys.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs like Claude to accelerate SQL and Python development.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive data-informed decisions through A/B testing.
• Monitor, report, and diagnose trends in KPIs, automating processes where possible.
• Communicate analytical insights clearly to stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and finance.
• Manage data pipelines from raw format to comprehensive dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the London office 2 days per week.
• Strong experience in digital, web-based product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, particularly with Google BigQuery.
• Experience using AI coding tools and LLMs to write, debug, and optimize code.
• Proven ability to set up and analyze A/B tests.
• Strong business acumen with experience in building operational and financial models.

Nice to have

• Statistical literacy and experience with modeling techniques.
• Experience with Tableau and DBT.
