Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work with a balance between home and office

Salary: €10,330–€14,757 gross per month for a 40-hour work week

What you will do

• Define and continuously evolve the Business & IT Continuity strategy for Engineering & Enterprise Tech.
• Develop and maintain recovery playbooks for restoring minimal viable infrastructure after major disruptions.
• Translate resilience objectives into practical deliverables, processes, and day-to-day ways of working.
• Guide technical domains in implementing continuity and resilience measures.
• Coordinate senior management, technical domains, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the business continuity risk profile, advise management, and own corrective actions where needed.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level.
• At least 10 years of experience in a strategic role within a complex IT environment.
• Certification in business continuity management and crisis management.
• Experience with project management and Agile or DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and execution skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required; Dutch is preferred.
