Salary: €10,127 - €14,467 per month

What you will do

• Define and maintain the business and IT continuity and recoverability strategy for Engineering & Enterprise Tech.
• Ensure effective recovery playbooks are in place to restore minimal viable infrastructure after major disruptions.
• Deliver concrete business continuity products such as business impact assessments and continuity plans.
• Act as the central point of coordination between senior management, technical domains, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the business continuity risk profile and ensure the organization remains in control status.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical deliverables and provide management with actionable advice on corrective actions.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level.
• At least 10 years of experience in a strategic role within a complex IT environment.
• Certification in business continuity management and crisis management.
• Experience with project management in an Agile or DevOps environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to align resilience measures with technical engineering realities.
