Resilience Officer (IT Continuity): Shaping and strengthening operational resilience within Engineering & Enterprise Tech to ensure continuity of critical services for a global banking organization with an accent on continuity strategies and recovery solutions. Focus on defining recoverability playbooks, conducting business impact assessments, and coordinating resilience efforts across complex technical domains.

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, NL

Salary: €10,127 - €14,467 gross monthly

What you will do

  • Define and continuously evolve the Business & IT Continuity strategy for Engineering & Enterprise Tech.
  • Create and maintain recovery playbooks to restore minimal viable infrastructure after major disruptions.
  • Deliver concrete business continuity products, including business impact assessments and continuity plans.
  • Translate strategic resilience objectives into practical deliverables and embed them into daily operations.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for resilience, connecting senior management and technical domains.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a strategic role within a complex IT environment.
  • Certification in business continuity management and crisis management.
  • Academic working and thinking level.
  • Strong affinity with IT engineering to ensure resilience measures align with technical realities.
  • Experience with project management in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • English: Excellent communication skills required; Dutch preferred.
  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Utrecht, NL.
