What you will do

• Scout and identify promising Israeli startups and emerging technology trends across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate startup opportunities aligned with corporate partner needs and strategic priorities.
• Manage deal flow for corporate innovation programs and venture activities.
• Create business development materials, including market analyses, startup profiles, and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, sourcing, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
• Deep familiarity with the Israeli technology landscape and an existing network in the region.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable business insights.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Hebrew fluency.
• Established network within the Israeli startup, venture capital, or innovation community.
