What you will do
- Manage 200+ inbound leads per month with a focus on closing deals.
- Conduct high-energy phone negotiations, handle objections, and secure deposits.
- Master technical product details to provide expert client consultations.
- Maintain a spotless pipeline in HubSpot with detailed notes and real-time updates.
- Drive commercial terms and pricing negotiations within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team for seamless project handoffs.
Requirements
- English: C1+ proficiency required for daily calls with US clients.
- 2-3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
- Must be based in Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Spain, or Turkey.
- Ability to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling client objections.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

- Experience in consultative sales.
