TL;DR

Sales Executive (US Market): Managing high-volume inbound leads for premium glass and aluminum structures with an accent on phone-based negotiation and closing deals. Location: Must be based in Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Spain, or Turkey. Work hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.

What you will do

  • Manage 200+ inbound leads per month with a focus on closing deals.
  • Conduct high-energy phone negotiations, handle objections, and secure deposits.
  • Master technical product details to provide expert client consultations.
  • Maintain a spotless pipeline in HubSpot with detailed notes and real-time updates.
  • Drive commercial terms and pricing negotiations within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team for seamless project handoffs.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ proficiency required for daily calls with US clients.
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
  • Must be based in Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Spain, or Turkey.
  • Ability to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling client objections.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Experience working with US-based clients.
