What you will do

• Design and build advanced AI services, orchestration layers, and APIs.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for enterprise-scale AI.
• Implement LLMOps/MLOps practices including CI/CD, versioning, and evaluation.
• Ensure systems are scalable, observable, and optimized for latency and cost.
• Own production readiness, including monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland to support the strategic R&D hub.
• 6-8 years of experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and production deployment.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
