What you will do
- Manage inbound sales inquiries for hospitality venues in the APAC market, tailoring recommendations to customer needs and preferences.
- Build trust and rapport through active listening to drive upselling and maximize account growth in every interaction.
- Guide qualified customers through upgrade paths from basic platforms to more advanced platforms.
- Demonstrate software solutions, from core POS products to modules and upgrades.
- Own reactive upsell from inbound sales and expansion of monthly recurring revenue.
- Support broader organizational objectives and contribute to building retailer advocacy and internal empathy for hospitality owners.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, sales development representative, or a similar role with a sales quota.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to use Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organize pipeline.
- Entrepreneurial approach and strong time management with excellent organizational skills.
