What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end hardware design process, from authoring functional specifications to mass production.
• Perform schematic capture and coordinate with eCAD teams on PCB layout and component footprints.
• Run signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations for both power and datapath signals.
• Collaborate with local and overseas Contract Manufacturers (CM) from prototype through production.
• Lead lab bring-up and complex system debugging across software, hardware, and test teams.
• Guide and mentor younger engineers and train CMs for high-yield manufacturing.

Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.
• Proven experience working with ODM/JDM and designing Ethernet switching hardware.
• Expertise in high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe) and embedded x86/ARM system design.
• Proficiency in signal integrity tools and concepts, including impedance, PDN, TDR, and VNA.
• Experience with FPGA design and system simulation using Verilog and mass production DFM.
