What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate all activities during assigned morning or afternoon shifts.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor staff attendance, breaks, and task completion.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards on the floor.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to staff members.
• Communicate shift performance to management and escalate operational issues.
