What you will do
- Perform highway and footpath reinstatement using approved materials and methods.
- Conduct safe excavations and operate mobile plant equipment.
- Maintain site cleanliness, manage waste disposal, and prevent environmental contamination.
- Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage road signage, barriers, and cones according to Chapter 8 standards.
- Drive company vehicles and perform routine safety inspections on equipment.
Requirements
- Must hold New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) Units 1-9 certification.
- Experience with manual handling and disc cutter operation.
- Ability to operate mobile plant machinery safely.
- Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards on-site.
- Ability to follow technical specifications and report site defects accurately.
