What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to foster a high-performance culture of accountability.
• Manage daily manufacturing operations within a high-mix, engineered products environment.
• Deliver key performance metrics across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives using the hirify.global Growth System.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to remove operational barriers and improve flow.
• Identify and mitigate operational and supply risks to ensure consistent delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in operations or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading teams in high-mix or engineered product environments.
• Strong proficiency in managing operational KPIs regarding quality, delivery, and cost.
• Demonstrated success with lean, continuous improvement, or business system frameworks.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in the United Kingdom (Newton/Cambridge).

Nice to have

• Experience in precision engineering, electronics, or electromechanical manufacturing.
