What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams while building an accountable, engaged, high-performance culture.
- Manage daily manufacturing operations in a high-mix, engineered-products environment.
- Deliver safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Align production plans with capacity, materials, and customer demand.
- Drive continuous improvement through the Growth System and lean principles, reducing waste and improving workflow, productivity, and quality.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, planning, quality, and commercial teams to remove operational barriers and mitigate material, inventory, and supply risks.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing leadership.
- Experience leading teams in high-mix or engineered-product environments.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs across quality, delivery, and cost.
- Demonstrated success with lean, continuous improvement, or business-system frameworks.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
