Operations Manager (Robotics & Automation)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams while building accountability, engagement, and operational capability.
• Manage daily manufacturing operations for high-mix engineered products.
• Deliver safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through the hirify.global Growth System and lean principles.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, planning, quality, and commercial functions to improve end-to-end flow.
• Support material availability, inventory optimisation, and mitigation of operational and supply risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading teams in high-mix or engineered-product environments.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs covering quality, delivery, and cost.
• Demonstrated success with lean, continuous improvement, or business system frameworks.
• Collaborative leadership, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in precision engineering, electronics, or electromechanical manufacturing.
