What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, providing professional and responsive support.
• Manage monthly billing activities and resolve invoice-related queries.
• Maintain accurate fleet information and support contract administration.
• Assist tire dealers in the Benelux region with system-related inquiries regarding jobs, contracts, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team in Kontich and the Back Office in Bucharest to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and team objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Proficiency in business applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kontich, Belgium.
