TL;DR

Focus on handling complex admin conversations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and designing guidelines and playbooks to grow a customized onboarding approach.

What you will do

  • Train and onboard admins on hirify.global’s product, workflows, and best practices (remote and occasionally onsite).
  • Own admin support end-to-end for a portfolio of key accounts (5–10 accounts per onboarding manager), handling requests and coordinating timely resolutions.
  • Manage complex or sensitive admin conversations, including objections, escalations, and high-stakes operational topics.
  • Anticipate and prevent risks such as missing affiliations, payroll edge cases, and invoicing issues.
  • Improve the onboarding function in Belgium by identifying recurring pain points and proposing process, documentation, playbook, tooling, and product feedback improvements.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Operations to remove blockers and surface process/product opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: must be based in Belgium.
  • Excellent Dutch and English at full working proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Previous customer-facing experience in B2B roles (e.g., Customer Success, teaching, or communication).
  • Strong problem-solving and structured communication skills to handle complex topics and multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with complex/new topics and learning quickly.
